About.

Abhi Nemani is a government technology entrepreneur, scholar, and public servant — founding, building, and leading many of the most influential GovTech institutions over the last 15 years, including the City of Sacramento's Innovation & Growth Fund, Los Angeles Mayor's of Los Office of Data, and Code for America. As Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at Euna Solutions, Abhi supports the growth of Euna's portfolio of public administration and financial products to better serve its growing network of 2,000+ public sector organizations across North America.

In the past, Nemani helped launch and scale the internationally recognized nonprofit, Code for America, which jumpstarted innovation in dozens of local governments and served as a model for the Obama White House’s innovation strategy. In 2014, Mayor Eric Garcetti appointed Nemani as the City of Los Angeles’ first Chief Data Officer, and in that role, he drove the city’s performance management and transparency initiatives, garnering international recognition for Los Angeles as the top data and digital city. Nemani later served as the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Sacramento, building the Office of Entreprenuership to adapt economic development strategies for the digital economy. In 2018, he was selected to Co-Chair the Tech & Innovation Platform Committee for Governor Newsom’s first gubernatorial campaign.

Most recently, Abhi founded EthosLabs, a GovTech investment and consulting firm, building a portfolio of leading community engagement, transparency, and data startups for local government, reaching over 100M people across more than 2,000 communities. Nemani is also a visiting scholar at the Rose Institute of State & Local Government and a board member of Leading Cities, a global sustainability accelerator.
